Beer in moderation is
healthy
You may have heard this before and it certainly is true,
almost everything if taken in moderation can be good.
To most of us beer may seem a bad habit one inculcates. Some
of us are extremely concerned about our family members or
friends who take to beer.
I have news for you, beer is not always bad. Yes you heard
me right, it is not always bad. Beer in moderation is healthy.
And now I can hear a few husbands tell their wives, I told you
so honey now stop bugging me about my beer drinking.
But hey guys, listen carefully, only when in moderation,
beer is healthy. So yes you can’t go drinking two three bottles
a day and expect it to do you good. So be wise and stick to the
moderation part.
Isn’t it better to have a limited something you like to help
your body than have to fight illnesses or ailments with
medicines?
According to several scientific studies, beer in moderation
is healthy. Scientists have discovered that beer particularly
the darker ales and the stouts help to reduce the occurrence of
atherosclerosis and cataracts.
In fact they help to reduce it by nearly 50%, which is
extremely good. The darker beers are preferred because they
have more antioxidants. The antioxidants in the beer help
protect the mitochondria against damage, thus protecting your
eye.
People suffering from diabetes often lose sight because the
high glucose levels affect the lens, but beer protects the lens
thus saving your vision.
So how much beer is good for you every day and can it
promote
fitness or as they say in Germany can it help with
gesundheit? According
to researches, about 2 glasses of 12 ounce beer is said to
be good for you every day.
For the men two is recommended and for a woman one glass is
recommended. Women, beer is good for you and helps if you are
aging.
Men, here is a good reason why you should drink beer, it
helps up to 35% to keep heart attacks away, that is good news
isn’t it? It helps from cardiovascular diseases.
Beer also helps in giving you good cholesterol,
scientifically known as HDL. It is also helps protect against
Type 2 diabetes.
And for all of you who fear or dread getting older, beer
slows your process of aging. It keeps you young. And this is
probably a reason we all need to drink beer, it gives our brain
a boost.
It is hard to imagine alcohol can do any good but it sure
does, especially our favorite drink, beer.

mentioned earlier, it needs to be done in moderation. While
beer has many favorable effects, it does not help everyone.
